Changing to the Hallelujah Diet
SAD to Transitional to Ideal

Changing to the Hallelujah Diet for some people is a transitional process. Gradually shifting from the SAD (standard American diet) is especially nice for couples or families in which not everyone is convinced of the health benefits of Hallelujah Diet's superior nutrition.

Changing to the Hallelujah Diet through a gradual transition instead of cold turkey is not without challenges. Many of the challenges are the same but prolonged when you gradually transition.

Challenges in Gradually Changing to the Hallelujah Diet

Prolonged Cravings

When you continue to put unhealthy foods into your body, regardless of how little the amount may be, you will be feeding the toxic food habit, and so you will continue to feel the cravings for those foods.

It takes about two to three weeks for the taste buds to change. If you continue to eat foods that are toxic, your taste buds won’t have the opportunity to become accustomed to the taste of wholesome fresh raw foods. You will not lose your taste for addictive and toxic processed foods.

Delayed Healing

Regardless of how little the amount is, continuing to eat toxic food will keep your body busy trying to detoxify instead of heal and repair.

If you have a serious or life-threatening disease, do you really want to delay healing?

Increased Time for Disease to Start

Gradually transitioning to the Hallelujah Diet will allow more time for disease to set in. Similar to delayed healing we discussed above, continued exposure to toxins increases your chance of getting a serious or life-threatening illness.

Losing Focus

There is a chance that you may lose your focus on your health goals as you continue to eat the SAD way and delay feeling the tremendous health benefits of the Hallelujah Diet. Losing focus may cause you to give up and never come to the health God wants for you.

Still, gradually changing to the Hallelujah Diet may be the best option for you. It is certainly better than not changing at all.
