Healthy Living: More than a Diet
It's a Lifestyle!

You can't just eat your way to healthy living. There is more to health than the food you eat. Healthy living is a lifestyle of healthy choices in all areas of your life- the air you breathe, the water you drink, the soap you use, the cleaners you buy and so much more.

Once you have adjusted to the Hallelujah Diet, to achieve optimum health, you must progress into a healthy lifestyle.

Adopting a healthy lifestyle isn’t going to happen overnight. For most of us, it is something that we gradually move toward.

Once on the Hallelujah diet, we begin to feel better and gain a lot more energy. We then naturally seek to healthier options in all areas of our life.

With all the choices that surround us, deciding what is healthy can be overwhelming!

Hallelujah Acres has done wonderful research for us and provides us with many tools and educational materials to teach us how to live a lifestyle that promotes optimum health.

Of all the excellent learning material that Hallelujah Acres offers, I think the most comprehensive and life changing is the Get Healthy! Stay Balanced program.

I was following the Hallelujah diet for almost 10 years before I took this course. I really thought I knew all I needed to know about healthy living! After all, I did a lot of research over the years.

But taking this course really did change my life. I have a greater understanding of what a healthy lifestyle really is!

I don’t think I can describe this course any better than its introduction, which I have included below…

Introduction to Get Healthy! Stay Balanced!

“You are embarking on an adventure in health. If you take the information and insights presented in this series to heart, your life will never be the same. You will find yourself vastly more fulfilled inside and physically healthier.

Many refer to George Malkmus as a bearer of the “good news” of physical life, because without the Biblical diet and lifestyle message he has brought to them, they would be physically dead. Some may eventually call you the same.

The information you will gain in the next sessions will change your outlook, help you adjust to a healthier way of thinking and, most of all, actually help you feel better. You will learn how your moods and emotions are directly affected by the acid\alkaline balance inside your body, and how your thinking affects it.

There will be a study on sunlight and breathing. Why, someone will even be discussing your colon. Do you have an idea of what is in your colon right now? You are going to be astounded to learn that some things remain in a less than healthy colon for many months.

A crucial issue for every person’s health is elimination. With the body constantly rebuilding itself, there is an overflow of toxic waste materials your body must discard. You will be learning how to assist your body’s efforts in cleansing itself. One major aspect of this cleansing process is not usually considered a part of the elimination system, but, is critical to personal hygiene and health, mainly regular exercise.

Then there is water. What is in the water you drank at the restaurant? You’re right, there is absolutely no telling. Is it really better to drink rainwater, or should we boil all our water before drinking?”
