There are also laws of mathematics and laws of logic. And, there are laws of health that we must obey to attain the abundant health that is ours to claim. The Laws of HealthGod designed our body to be healthy. Like all of His Creation, God established natural laws for our body. For example, our heart must beat so we can live. Our blood must circulate. We must breathe. We must eat. These are obvious natural laws everyone has come to accept.
However, there are natural laws governing our body and our subsequent health that are not so obvious. And, there are natural laws that some of us just don’t want to accept, so we deny them and refuse to live by them. Here are some examples of the not-so-obvious natural laws:
Failure to follow these God-given natural laws leads to illness and disease. God has designed our body for health. Follow His natural laws for health and be blessed with health. Choose to ignore His laws and be sick. The choice is yours. God’s Design for Self-Healing
Every time we cut ourselves, we witness our body’s ability to self-heal. The body has an amazing ability to self-heal. Here’s what happens: First, the cut bleeds. Blood is a natural antibiotic and cleanser of the wound. Then the platelets rush in to stop the bleeding. The platelets stick together in clumps, causing a clot. This clot works like a plug to stop blood and other body fluid from coming out. The clot hardens and dries, becoming a scab, and forming a crust over the wound. This protects the area so the cells underneath can have time to heal. This is what we see. Here is what we don’t see:
Underneath the scab, new skin cells multiply to repair the wound. Damaged blood vessels are repaired, and infection-fighting white blood cells attack any germs that may have gotten into the wound. When the new layer of skin is formed, the scab falls off. A scab usually falls off within a week or 2. If you pick at a scab, the new skin underneath can be ripped and the wound will take longer to heal and may leave a scar. Self-healing happens not only on the outside, but inside the body, too. In fact, our body is in a constant state of repair, working 24/7 to keep us healthy!

Diet, Nutrition and the Prevention of Chronic DiseasesNutrition is coming to the fore as a major modifiable determinant of chronic disease, with scientific evidence increasingly supporting the view that alterations in diet have strong effects, both positive and negative, on health throughout life. Most importantly, dietary adjustments may not only influence present health, but may determine whether or not an individual will develop such diseases as cancer, cardiovascular disease and diabetesmuch later in life. And God said,Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. Genesis 1:29
